Hey there, I’m Tracy

But for years, I did not know how to be Tracy. I was known as Mer, a hybrid bear-rabbit creature of mysterious origins. Close friends and family called me Mer growing up. Then one day, I came across Merlin, the wizard of the Arthurian legend, and felt a serendipitous connection. I was Mer Lin. This alter ego of sorts I had created, Mer, was mystical and magical because that’s how I saw myself. Mer offered a lens in which I could be playful, authentic, and pure in my self-expression. Over time, I learned how to settle into being Tracy while keeping the qualities of Mer.

I know what it’s like for life to look good on the outside and feel the opposite on the inside. I know what it’s like to hide in fear of being “too much.” I know what it’s like to achieve success but not feel successful. I know what it’s like to lack zest for life and wonder, is this all there is?

One of my life’s purposes is to see you, dive deep with you, make known what is unknown, and help you connect back to yourself. I see you under the layers of conditioning and performing. I see you as inherently worthy, lovable, and whole. When we start here, with you seeing yourself, everything else in your life opens up.

I weave in mindset, somatic work, and Human Design in facilitating self-awareness in sessions. I’ve coached over 1,000 individuals on every topic under the sun as a contracted coach. I am a student of life and believe in embodying the work I do. My lived experiences serve as my teachers.

I have an artist brain and a strategic mind, meaning I see multiple options and paths. I know how to guide you to the one that’s right for you and what you want to do, make progress on it in the most efficient, effective, and sustainable way, and then you use this mold as a reference point for other parallel patterns in your life.

I’m also an UX designer who is interested in new ways of thinking and being. I’m skilled at solving complex problems centered on human behavior and human needs.

Outside of work, I enjoy playing tennis, being in nature, connecting deeply with others, reading, daydreaming, learning whatever interests me in the moment, going to live events and supporting local art, exploring new parts of a city, drinking tea, thrifting, and luxuriating in doing absolutely nothing.

I live in Southern California with my husband, toddler, and three cats—Grant aka Sweet Grey Boy, OG/Orange aka Orange Sweetheart, and RG/Argie aka Winky.
